The vehicle engine drives the power take-off, the power take-off drives the drive shaft, and the drive shaft drives the sprinkler pump to work so that the water in the pipeline generates pressure and sprays out. The flow of the sprinkler pump directly affects the water flow of the sprinkler. The flow rate of the water pump can be seen from the model of the sprinkler pump. As for which type of sprinkler pump to use, it needs to be determined according to the size of the tank body of the sprinkler.
Sprinklers of 5 tons and below are generally equipped with:
65QZ40/50 self-priming sprinkler pump, with a flow rate of 40 cubic meters per hour, that is:

Sprinklers of 8 tons and above are generally equipped with:
80QZ60/90 self-priming sprinkler pump, with a flow rate of 60 cubic meters per hour, that is:

65QZ50/110 self-priming sprinkler pump, with a flow rate of 50 cubic meters per hour, or 833 liters per minute, which is equivalent to 13.8 liters per second, and its lift is 110 meters.
When you see this, you may ask: Is there a problem with the flow rate?
According to this calculation, a 5-ton sprinkler can only spray for 7 or 8 minutes? ! In fact, it is not because the diameter of the water inlet and outlet of the pump is 65mm or 80mm (2.5 inches or 3 inches), but the sprinkler head cannot be that large, so the water flow of the pump does not represent the water flow of the water sprinkler unless you connect an external Fire hose or hose for pumping or spraying.
Therefore, under normal circumstances, a 5-ton sprinkler can sprinkle water for 20-30 minutes at a time. The working speed of the municipal sanitation sprinkler is about 15-20km/h, and the faster one can reach 40km/h. This is a 5-ton sprinkler. A tank of water in a car can only be sprinkled at a distance of about 20km at most.
The sprinkler truck is equipped with four standard water sprinklers: three-bend front flush, rear sprinkler, duckbill side spray, and high-pressure water cannon. Each sprinkler is equipped with an independent pipe ball valve to control the opening and closing of the sprinkler. The more sprinklers are opened, the greater the water flow, the pressure of the water will be dispersed, and the road flushing effect will be reduced accordingly, which is why some sanitation sprinklers only use one front punch for road watering.

Installing more sprinklers can alleviate the problem of excessive water impact and increase the amount of water. It can be said to kill two birds with one stone.
