The rear door of the box is very thick and is double-locked by a hydraulic cylinder with a fixed lock hook.
There is a double-layer labyrinth rubber seal between the rear door and the box. Under the tension of the hydraulic cylinder and the double locking of the fixed lock hook, the rear door is tightly combined with the box, which completely solves the leakage problem of the rear door and avoids kitchen waste. Leakage during transportation will cause secondary pollution. All cylinders are fully external to avoid garbage corrosion and have a long service life.
A diversion groove is set at the rear of the box body. During the self-unloading process, the kitchen waste flows away through the diversion groove designed by fluid mechanics. In addition to being beautiful, the most important thing is that the dumped kitchen waste will not pollute the truck body and keep the truck body clean.
The vehicle is equipped with a tool box, which is convenient for loading some tools, gloves, clothing, etc. required in the cleaning and transportation process. The hydraulic oil tank is set next to the tool box, with an oil return filter and oil quantity and temperature display.
The oil return filter is very important for the garbage truck. It can filter the impurities in the hydraulic system and avoid damage to the multi-way valve and the oil pump. Easy-to-observe oil temperature and oil volume display to avoid various failures caused by excessive temperature or insufficient hydraulic oil.
