INTRODUCTION
The CSC sewer and jetting combined truck is a vehicle that combines the functions of a jetting truck and sewer tanker. It can integrate washing, dredging, sewage suction, sewage reverse discharge, sewage recycling, mud-water separation, sludge squeezing, dewatering, etc. It can effectively reduce the number of vehicles and personnel and the number of round trips, which can greatly improve work efficiency and save time and cost; mainly used for the suction, transportation, and unloading of sewage, sludge, sand and gravel, and large blocks of various underground sewage pipes, rainwater wells and manholes in the city. Sewer and jetting combination trucks can also be used for sewage and industrial waste in large factories and mines. The suction and transportation of oil and wastewater and the dredging and dredging of small rivers.
FEATURES
● CSC sewer and jetting combined truck’s sucking depth can reach 8-16m, and over 100m horizontally.
● Original EURO or USA high-pressure pump adopted: high water pressure, large flow, suitable for a large range of sewers (the sewers below 1800mm can be used)
● Original EURO or USA vacuum pump adopted: Roots blower, large flow, long continuous working time, strong ability, can suck dry sand and gravel separately, etc. The vertical suction depth can reach 18 meters. The cyclone two-stage shut-off valve ensures the safety of the vacuum pump.
● Full-charged power take-off: four windows on PTO, of which two dynamic clutch PTO’s windows are used to control the high-pressure pump and the vacuum pump respectively. The CSC sewer and jetting combined machine can flush the sewer and suck the sewage at the same time. The other two PTO windows control the hydraulic system of the truck.
● Large-volume water tanks and sewer tanks can be designed according to customer requirements.
● The hydraulic pressure controls the tanker’s lifting, opening & close, and locking of the rear tailgate. The combined truck is highly automated, safe, and reliable, effectively reducing the labor intensity of the operators.
● Hydraulic retractable reel: The cleaning high-pressure hose is retracted and released hydraulically, which can repeatedly dredge and clean the sewer to improve the cleaning effect.
● Frame-type sewer boom: the combined machine is hydraulically retracted and unloaded through the reel on the roof, and the rear telescopic suction arm is used to suck up the pollution. The lifting, extension, and rotation of the suction boom are all hydraulically controlled. This mode of operation is convenient, and the sewer hose that comes with the combination truck can also be adapted to the needs of different working conditions.
● Equipped with a remote control device: In the absence of interference, the operator can operate the vehicle wirelessly within a range of 60 meters, which greatly improves the convenience of operation and reduces the labor intensity of the staff.
● Mud-water separation and positive pressure reverse discharge: through the mud-water separation device, the mud, and water in the suction tank can be separated, and through the positive pressure reverse discharge system, the separated water can be discharged to the outside of the sewer and jetting combined machine.
● The combined truck is equipped with an intelligent protection system to ensure the normal operation of the core components of the truck.
1: Low water level protection system: When the water level in the tank is low, the tank alarm will automatically alarm and reduce the engine speed to prevent the high-pressure pump from working out of the water and protect the high-pressure pump.
2: Humanized design: Through the CAN unit, the automation degree of the sewer and jetting combined truck is improved, the operation is convenient and flexible, the labor intensity is greatly reduced, and the work efficiency is improved.
