It is mainly used for the suction, discharge, and transportation of sludge, excrement, or petrochemical sewage tank sludge in sewers, rain wells, septic tanks, and various ditches. It is suitable for streets, residential areas, and other road sections. Driven by PTO operated liquid ring pump, capacity 24,200LPM.

CUMMINS Engine
The L340 30 offers advanced thermal engineering, electronic integration, and a High Pressure Common Rail fuel system. In addition, a Cummins wastegate turbocharger is used for excellent performance across rpm range and improved response through higher low-end torque.

Body Unit
Sludge Tank
The tank should withstand high pressure and is corroded by sewage and feces for a long time, so it needs to have sufficient strength and corrosion resistance. The tank body is generally made of 5-8mm thick high carbon steel, the shape needs to be regular and the size is accurate. The tank is equipped with a liquid level indicator and tested by stable pressure for 5 minutes under a pressure of 80kPa, to make sure no seepage or obvious deformation.
Hydraulic System
The hydraulic system have designred with advanced structure, reliable performance, simple operation and convenient maintenance.
Suction and Discharge System
The suction and discharge system is required to have airtightness and pressure resistance, and it is necessary to carry out a sealing test under the pressure of 15kPa (absolute pressure) for 20 minutes, and the pressure value is ≤30kPa (absolute pressure). If there is no leakage phenomenon in the experiment, it is qualified.
Safety Devices
The safety device is mainly to prevent the sewage from entering the pumping vacuum device.
-Liquid Full Alarm Device
When the sewage reaches the warning position of the tank, the liquid full alarm device will give an alarm, prompting to stop sucking sewage.
-Anti-overflow Valve
If the sewage suction does not stop, the sewage suction tank is full, which is the float in the anti-overflow valve blocks the suction pipe leading to the water/vapor separator and prevents the sewage from overflowing.
-water/vapor separator
If the suction is too large, the overflow prevention valve does not block the leaked sewage, the sewage enters the water vapor separator, the float in the water vapor separator floats up, and the suction pipe to the vacuum pump is blocked again.
