Brief
The Rear Loading Trash Truck is a refuse collection vehicle designed to operate in both residential and commercial services. It contains an ejector cylinder and an ejector plate, the ejector cylinder moves the ejector plate to push refuse out of the body. The back of the rear loader contains a tailgate attached to the refuse body, which is a hinged design of adjustable hydraulic locking full sealing technology for securely locked. The sweeper plate assembly moves refuse from the hopper to the refuse body. Equipped with a large-capacity sewage tank, combined with a diversion sewage collection device, the sewage leaked due to the failure of the sealant strip and can be drained to a dedicated sewage collection tank. Optional tipper types as clients demand.

Design
The refuse body is a rectangular structure. The bottom surface is flat, and the side and top surfaces are curved, have good rigidity, and have high strength.
Reliability
The refuse body is made of high-quality weather-resistant steel, and the core components are all well-known brand accessories: manifold valve, electrical operating system, and electronic components, multiple cylinders, to ensure the service life and reliability of the vehicle.
Workmanship
Use a plasma CNC cutting machine to cut the material to ensure the product’s size. All refuse body welding adopts CO2 gas shielded automatic welding, and the welding quality is reliable, ensuring the strength, and the welding will not be welded off.
Safety
Pump displacement could be manually adjusted control, a manual reversing valve control the speed of the cylinder piston rod, and the pressure could be set by the safety relief valve. If the system exceeds the set pressure safety relief valve will overflow. The hydraulic system of the hopper, it’s equipped with an explosion-proof valve, which blocks the direct connection between the lifting cylinder and the hydraulic hose, which improves safety.
Environmental Protection
Because of the large amount of sewage generated after the garbage is compressed, a highly sealed compartment and a large-capacity closed sewage tank are designed. Stainless steel ball valves are installed on both sides of the sewage tank to facilitate the discharge of sewage and avoid the second pollution caused by the sewage floor drain.
Convenient Control
Using the intelligent control system, centralized control can be achieved from the cab. With automatic and manual dual control modes, it can control the garbage truck operation in the cab, the middle of the vehicle, and the rear of the vehicle, which is convenient and efficient.
