BRIEF
The FOTON 10CBM garbage compactor vehicle is a waste collection and transportation truck that is used by municipal organizations or waste management companies. It mainly collects and transports urban domestic garbage and is an ideal garbage collection and transportation vehicle for urban sanitation departments, factories, mines, and docks.
The Garbage Compactor Truck is consisting of a refuse body, discharge plate, compaction plate, hopper/tailgate, lifting device, hydraulic system, and control system. CSCTRUCK Waste Collection Truck is developed with the introduction of information technology.
FEATURES
Compactor Body Kit
Refuse Body
CSCTRUCK builds the refuse body with high-tensile steel. After the welding phase, the superstructure is cleaned of rust, oil, and other particles to further proceed with the painting stage. The garbage container capacity is customized based on the truck chassis loading capacity.
Compaction Plate
The compaction plate is made of high abrasive resistant 6mm steel material, which
of hardness 450 HB for enduring sweeper and shovel considered necessary other parts of the hopper.
Discharge Plate
The discharge plate is located inside of the body, welded by a steel profile 6mm in thickness. There is totally automatic hydraulic system to advance forward as garbage is packed against it.
Hopper
Hopper is located at the back of the tailgate in which the loose garbage is first loaded either by hand or by the containers. The hopper capacity is about 0.8~2.5 m3.
Tailgate
The tailgate is located at the back of the compactor’s body and connected to the body with two hinges to prevent the tailgate from accidental opening. It is operated by two hydraulic tailgate lifting cylinders, which also prevents the leakage of wastewater when the truck bounces due to road conditions.
Lifting Device
The garbage truck‘s lifting device to hold the container up is operated by two cylinders. This mechanism is controlled by an arm-controlled valve and an adjustable speed valve.
