The FOTON 14CBM Garbage Compressor Vehicle is mounted on a FOTON AUMAN heavy-duty chassis, specifically designed for efficient and safe transportation of household garbage, yard waste, and commercial containers and recycling.
The garbage compactor truck has adopted the advanced hydraulic system, pilot-type back pressure design, and peristaltic compression technology which greatly improves the compression capacity.
The connection between the body and the hopper adopts a unique sealing design, as well as the widening design of the hopper, which completely improves the problem of sewage leakage.

Garbage Compactor Body
The box body is made of high-tensile steel with a sealed structure. It is consisting of steel plate and channel steel welded together. Under the box body, there is a frame that was fixed on the chassis by U-bolt. There is a discharge mechanism and an oil cylinder in front of the box body and there is a loading mechanism behind it.
Discharging Mechanism
The discharge mechanism is consisting of a discharge oil cylinder and ejector plate which is consisting of the steel plate and frame welded together. The oil cylinder extends through the channel to discharge the garbage.
Hopper
Steel plate and channel steel weld together to make up of hopper which is used for loading the garbage ready for compaction. When it is ready to discharge the garbage, the oil cylinder lifts the hopper to open it, so it is possible to discharge. There is a lifting, compression, and loading mechanism on the hopper.
Compression Mechanism
The compressing mechanism is consisting of a pressure plate, rail, and oil cylinder. Steel plate and channel steel weld together make up of pressure plate. The garbage in the hopper is compressed into the box body by an oil cylinder.
Lifting Device
High capacity articulated arm lifting device works in two stages by four double effects hydraulic cylinders to ensure the lifting and lowering of containers smoothly.
Hydraulic System
The hydraulic system is made up of a fuel tank, PTO, transmission shaft, multi-way valve, electromagnetic valve, discharging oil cylinder, lifting oil cylinder, bin tipping oil cylinder, compression oil cylinder, oil pressure gauge, and oil pipe, etc.
