Brief
FOTON 25 Ton Liquid Waste Vacuum Truck unit is mounted on a suitable FOTON AUMAN 6×4 Sleeper Cab chassis. The truck is efficient in long haul transportation. Engine is WEICHAI 336hp, Euro 3 emission standard. The vacuum sewer truck equipped a FAST 12 speed gears manual transmission.
FOTON 25 Ton Liquid Waste Vacuum Truck upper part can be divided into 6 parts: suction and discharge system, power transmission system, hydraulic system, tank body, safety device, and painting. The tank capacity is 18,000 liters and tank is fabricated from high tensile steel thick in 5mm. Equipped with Liquid Ring Pump, capacity 20,000LPM.

Vacuum Pump
-Simple structure, low precision requirements, long service life and easy maintenance.
-The exhaust volume is large, the suction is large, and the sewage suction operation is fast.
-Since there is no metal friction surface in the pump cavity, there is no need to lubricate the pump, and the wear is very small.
-Low cost of use. The sealing between the rotating part and the fixed part is completed by the water seal, which does not consume oil.
Safety Device
– Primary Suction Safety, anti-flow valve, safety ball made of stainless steel, installed on the top of tank.
-Secondary Suction Safety, located on vacuum line between vacuum pump and Primary Suction Safety system.
