- The oil cylinder is the key component of the hydraulic power of the whole vehicle. The length of the oil cylinder controls the speed of the action, and the thickness directly affects its loading capacity.
- The design structure is very important, the compression resistance of the box, the coordination of the tailgate, the compression resistance of the stressed part and the practicability of the turning action.
- The oil pump provides pressure for the hydraulic system. Our company is equipped with a double pump for 8 squares and above. The stability is improved by 50%, and the pressure is 35% higher than that of competing products.
- The oil pipe is the central nervous system in the hydraulic system of the compressed garbage truck. It constantly needs to send blood to various places and withstand high-intensity pressure (our company customizes a 4-layer steel wire pipe, and the competing products are generally double-layer).
Compression Ratio of Garbage Truck
- The main task of the multi-way valve is to divide the flow. The sealing and pressure-bearing properties must be good. Our company customizes the 3+2 split multi-way valve to continuously reduce the probability of blockage. The pressure resistance is far greater than the maximum pressure generated by the oil pump.
