MAXIMUM VACUUM POWER
Utilizing high suction from JUROP PVT200, Roots Pump, Capacity 21,350LPM, that delivers maximum vacuum efficiency even in the toughest working conditions, also produces decreased noise emissions. Naturally, less noise leads to safer working conditions for operators. E-Stops come standard in multiple locations on the vacuum machine for the increased safety of all operators.
Primary Overflow Prevention Device
A sludge observation window and the anti-flow valve will be installed on our standard sewer truck.
Second Overflow Prevention Device
Its air inlet connector is connected to the air outlet of the tank top overflow prevention valve, and the air outlet connector is connected to the suction port of the vacuum pump; when the tank top overflow prevention valve fails, the sewage enters the secondary overflow prevention device and triggers the electronic liquid level. The switch controls the vacuum pump to stop working.
UNLOADING EFFICIENCY
Standard with a fully-opening rear door only requires one dump to eliminate all debris within the debris box. The door is raised through a minimum angle of 80° to the vertical, allowing for the easy and effective offloading of sludge into roll-off containers or any desired dump locations.
