HOWO 25 Ton Sewage Suction Truck tank capacity is 20,000 liters, and the tank is fabricated from high tensile steel thick in 5mm, and designed to transport grease liquid waste in bulk capacities. With an SK-30, Liquid Ring vacuum pump, this sewer truck provides quiet operation and multi-control, making it suitable for residential neighborhoods and commercial sites.

Body Unit
Sewer Tank
Adopts high-quality 4-6mm carbon steel, the head of the tank can be die-casted at one time. The back cover is hydraulically opened, and the tank is hydraulically lifted, easy to discharge sludge. An optional tank of stainless steel, steel-lined plastic, and tank metal paint.
Vacuum Pump
JUROP PVT200, Roots Pump, Capacity 21,350LPM. Long service life, high vacuum degree (higher vacuum degree, farther suction range, and higher pressure), fast working speed, easy operation, and convenient transportation. Install an imported anti-overflow device to prevent sewage from being sucked back into the vacuum pump system.
Hydraulic System
Composed of an oil tank, oil pump, manifold valve, hydraulic cylinder, oil filter, and pipeline, the system can realize the special function of tipping sludge in the tank. Operating system: The sludge in the tipping tank can be completed by the operation of the multi-way reversing valve. (When operating the multi-way reversing valve, the power take-off should be hung to drive the oil pump to work).
Discharge Structure
The sewage can be directly discharged through the sewage outlet at the rear of the tank, or hydraulically discharge by the rear door of the tank, lifted by two hydraulic cylinders, or by its gravity. It has the functions of high suction efficiency, self-suction, self-discharging, and self-unloading.
