Swing Arm Mechanism

The self-unloading mechanism consists of a steel plate composed of a box structre. The main function is that the multi-way valve operates the oil pump to drive the swing arm to rotate around the axis. The rotation is 145 degrees, which can raise and lift heavy hopper.

Hopper

There are two types, open and sealed. (boat-shaped bucket, square bucket, sealing bucket)

High Strength Chain

The back cover of the refuse body is equipped with imported hydraulic cylinder and sealing ring, which has stable performance, safety and reliability.

Double Rear Outriggers

The rear part is designed with double outriggers, which are controlled by hydraulic multi-way valve, keep the vehicle stable and safe when pulling the garbage bin up and down.

Lifting Cylinder

The back cover of the refuse body is hydraulically rotated and turned over, and the bottom of the main box body is a double oil cylinder, which can lift the box body and unload itself, saving labor.

Garbage Bucket

Garbage bucket has pit type, ground type is optional, the shape has trapezoidal bucket, boat-shaped bucket, square bucket, sealing bucket, made of high-quality carbon steel with 3 sides and 4 bottoms, anti-corrosion and anti-rust.

Manifold Valve

The well-known brand multi-way valve group can control the rear leg and swing arm work, and the operation is simple, and the PLC one-button control is optional.
