Brief
ISUZU Garbage Compactor Truck is mounted on an ISUZU 600P 4X2 chassis truck, designed to gather municipal solid wastes and refuse to transport them to a waste treatment facility. It features of high-strength wear-resistant steel plates welded tank, hopper composites of sliding plates, sweep panel and other components to collect and compact garbage, a hydraulically opening tailgate, and a garbage bin tipper.
ISUZU Compactor Garbage Truck container capacity is 7cbm, made of high corrosion resistance Q235 carbon steel, 5mm thickness. The compaction ratio is around 0.6~0.8T/m3 according to the characteristic of the garbage used in the areas. The garbage truck’ working is controlled from the double control system, safe to operate.

Lifting Mechanisms

Collecting and Compacting System
Provides increased packing performance and improved ease of maintenance. The loose garbage inside the hopper is taken into the body via a sweeper plate being actuated by two double-acting hydraulic cylinders, and then after being pushed into the body by two double-acting sled cylinders. The sled cylinders have min. 24 tones pushing force. The compaction ratio (volumetric) varies from 0.6~0.8T/m3 according to the characteristic of the garbage.
Tailgate Lock
Hydraulically operated tailgate locks on the back of the garbage truck allow the operator to securely close and quickly open the tailgate while improving safety during landfill/ transfer station activities.
