ISUZU GIGA 25 Ton Vacuum Truck unit is mounted on a ISUZU GIGA 6×4 Sleeper Cab.It is the biggest truck in ISUZU chassis families, designed for heavy duty applications.Equipped with the 6UG1 engine and ZF 8 speed gears numbers manual transmission.
ISUZU GIGA 25 Ton Vacuum Truck tank capacity is 2,000 liters, suitable for urban environments’ sludge and sewage sucking. A pressure sensing, double acting, single piston water pump provides 33,300LPM. Highly reliable with few moving parts, it can be serviced without being removed from the chassis.

REMOTE ASSISTANCE BY TELEMATICS
The MIMAMORI system, which analyzes the data from vehicles online, is being offered as standard equipment. What’s more, the real-time status of the vehicle can be easily checked via the internet by the customer too.
PURSUIT OF TOTAL SAFETY
The pre-crash braking system has the collision avoidance support function added to cope with moving obstacles, in addition to the conventional collision mitigating function. The double detecting mechanism using a millimeter wave radar and a camera has largely improved the accuracy of forwarding obstacle detection.
The newly adopted LDWS (Lane Departure Warning System), monitors the lane markers using the camera and alerts the driver when he/she likely goes out of the lane using the warning buzzer and the 4-inch LCD monitor.
ENGINE
The 6UZ1 engine has been improved. The following modifications have been made to increase the low to mid-range torque and improve fuel efficiency. The specifications of the turbocharger changed. The intercooler and radiator were made larger. The highly efficient EGR cooler was adopted. The supply pump changed. The new injector was adopted. The ultra-high pressure common rail system was adopted. The cargo and dump models come standard with the “eco stop” system which automatically stops and restarts the engine to minimize unnecessary fuel consumption during idling.

Round tank with a tighter structure which can withstand higher pressure and provide greater suction, and can be used to collect and clean up transportation sewage and sludge.
Suction and Discharge System
The suction and discharge system is used to control the sewage suction and discharge, including a vacuum pump, oil-water separator, water vapor separator, pipes connecting various parts, a four-way valve, etc. The four-way valve can easily change the airflow direction of the air path so that the vehicle can achieve the functions of both automatic liquid suction and automatic liquid discharge.
Liquid Ring Pump
In the KWP housing, an eccentric rotor produces a ring of water using centrifugal power. Volume changes in the rotor chambers assure that air is sucked in and compressed. This construction type features high resistance to dirt particles and is ideally suited to vacuum wet and dry mediums. The contact-free rotor assures extremely quiet running and a long life cycle. The KWP causes no contamination of the pump exhaust air by lubricants and oils. The oil-bath bearings require no maintenance.
The light construction increases the vehicle’s useful load. The integrated Intercooler system assures a consistently low-temperature budget for the service water. Even in the case of high exterior temperatures, continuous operation is possible and even extended vacuuming jobs in the end vacuum range result in no overheating of the KWP.
