Brief
The ISUZU High-Pressure Hydraulic Compactor Garbage Truck is made of a standard 4mm thick Q345 manganese steel plate. The bottom tank and hopper are made of thickened steel plates, wear-resistance. With two-way compression, the compression ratio is 3:1 to 6:1. The operating system of the High-Pressure Hydraulic Compactor Truck adopts the German Siemens PLC one-key control system. The hydraulic system adopts the Yangzhou Zhongmei manifold valve, Hefei Changyuan oil pump, hydraulic cylinder of the whole vehicle Hypris (joint venture brand), and Japan Valka sealing ring. Optional garbage bin tippers.

Body and Compaction System
The garbage inside the hopper is taken into the body via a sweeper shovel being actuated by two double-acting hydraulic cylinders, and then after being pushed into the body by two double-acting sledge cylinders. The sledge cylinders have min. 24 tones pushing force. The compaction ratio (volumetric) varies between 3:1 to 6:1 according to the characteristic of the garbage.
Lifting Devices
Can lift standard 120/240/770 and 1100 liter. steel and plastic containers (EN 840-2 standard). The lifting weight capacity is 800 kg ( All lifting device parts are made of rigid steel ).
Safety Props
The tailgate is provided with safety props between the body and the tailgate for safety purposes during maintenance or cleaning.
