INTRODUCTION
The CSC sewer jetting truck is used to apply high-pressure water to sewer lines, which works by flushing and thrusting actions of high pressurized water which is transmitted to the clogged sewer line with a high-pressure water hose and a sewer jetting nozzle. Destroying with high pressured water jet, remaining waste material is either naturally eliminated by sewer flow or carried to the manhole opening for collecting with a vacuum truck. All its duty is to keep municipal sewers, sanitary and storm sewer lines, laterals, and drainage lines clean and free flowing. designed and built according to the city’s structure, sewer canals’ diameters, and sludge’s character and mounted on 4×2, 6×4, and 8×4 trucks with different tank and pump capacities.

Structure Components
● High-pressure pump: high-pressure pump is the power source of the high-pressure water, suction inlet, overflow gate connects with water tank, outlet gate connect operate panel and nozzle through a high-pressure hose.
● Water tank: The water tank is welded with carbon steel or stainless steel, elliptical type, with a manhole on the top of the tank, it could fill water from a fire hydrant and water hose. The water tank’s outlet gets through the jet pump’s suction inlet via Y y-type filter. The high-pressure water is discharged from the jet pump, then gets through the high-pressure hose, operates the valve, and nozzle, and discharged as jet current to dredge. The capacity of the tank dedicated to pure water depends on the GVW of the chassis. The cylindrical tank is mounted on a subframe and is placed on the chassis in accordance with strict vehicle construction standards. While stops working, change the three-way ball valve to make the high-pressure water back to the tank.
● Hydraulic system: Hydraulic system of the oil pump of the hydraulic system is fixed on the main axle of the jet pump. The oil changes into high-pressure oil while getting through the gear pump. And then get through the spillover valve, reducing valve, and oil pipe, and get in the manual change valve. Moving the handle of the manual change valve could change the direction of the high pressure, thus making the hydraulic motors rotate direction, to drive the Roundup hose wheel to extend or withdraw the high-pressure pipe.
● Hose reel: Hose reel fixed at the rear location of the truck. It drives by the hydraulic motor; the high-pressure pipe is twined on the roundup hose wheel. The high-pressure water gets into the fixed end of the high-pressure pipe. On the other end fixed the nozzle, and the high-pressure water changed into high-speed Brooklet to move the pipe and clean the sewer. While the nozzle gets the other wellhead, the pipe withdraws as the Roundup hose-wheel drive. Meanwhile, the high-pressure water keeps jetting and discharging the sludge.
● Exterior of water tank: it can be equipped with lockable side boxes, which increase the safety and aesthetic appearance of the jetting truck. It consists of convenient toolboxes with key-locked.
● SPLIT SHAFT PTO: It is the mechanism that the rear axle with the front axle engaged in the process of separation and transfers the vehicle’s power to the Pumps without yield loss.
● nozzles: Insert type is ceramic with lobes. Achieve linear water jet instead of mist flow, ensuring the best direction of flow and less pressure loss. An optional front jet makes work easier. Hardening treatment achieves less or no wear and tear. And 2 different nozzles suit different sewer pipes.
● Security system is optional: Voiced and Illuminated Warning Systems; When clean water is empty, electronic sensors engage and then buzzer blare and warning lamps illuminate. The Pump automatically stops. Level Indicators: Level indicators are used to watch to the water level of a clean water area.
