Brief
The SHACMAN Waste Compactor Truck 14m³ is designed to for refuse collection, packing, transporting, and unloading with integrated combined operations. Compactor Garbage Tank System Body mounted based on SHACMAN L3000 truck chassis consists of a subframe connected to the truck chassis, a high-strength wear-resistant steel plates welded tank, hopper composites of sliding plates, sweep panel, and other components to collect and compact garbage, a hydraulically opening tailgate, and the garbage bin tipper. The Waste Compactor Truck is controlled from the front manual control, and rear bush button control, which enables each operation command to be executed in sequence, so as to realize the automatic cycle work.

APPLICATION & features
Body and Compaction System
-Tank: High corrosion resistance Q235 carbon steel 5mm thickness of body side roof, floor, tailgate sides, and floor(equivalent as IS-2062 Grade A or ASTM a36).
-Hopper Floor: Q235 high tensile steel sheet of thickness 5 mm and side panel 4 mm thickness.(equivalent as IS-2062 Grade A or ASTM a36).
-Hopper Cylinder: Reinforced cylinder, engineering brand, stable quality, and durable.
-Ejector Plate: High tensile steel sheet of 5 mm thickness.
-Sludge Tank: Sewage water relief of sludge tank of capacity under tailgate with leakproof discharging outlet.
Containers Lifting Devices
-Working Principal: High capacity articulated arm lifting device works in two stages by four double effects hydraulic cylinders to ensure the lifting and lowering of containers smoothly.
-Hydraulic Cylinder: The tailgate cylinder is an external cylinder, the maintenance is convenient. Adopting top brands, stable quality, durable, high pressure, and fast cycle speed.
-Hydraulic Pipe: Galvanized steel hydraulic pipe, reliable and long service life.
-Balance Valve: Ensure the stability and safety of oil cylinder operation, prevent the cylinder from falling due to operational errors and eliminate potential safety hazards.
-Tipper: Can lift standard 120/240/770 and 1100 liter. steel and plastic containers
Control System
The system is controlled by the double control system, which enables, start, stop, 1-cycle, continuous cycles, and rescue activities. Tailgate and ejector controls are in front of the body. All devices for loading control are mounted on the tailgate right side, and all are manual control for safety purposes. Compaction is controlled electrically via push-buttons, and manually in case. There is an emergency stop button on each of side the truck on the control box.
-Hydraulic Control Valve
It is the core component of the control system, and all hydraulic cylinder actions must be regulated through this valve group. Adopting top brand hydraulic control valve, stable performance, low failure rate.
-Electric Control Box
The automatic control unit, compared with the previous electronic control, is waterproof, and more convenient to use. With the multi-function operation of a garbage truck.
