Brief
SHACMAN 25 Ton Sewer Suction Truck unit is mounted on SHACMAN Y6 6×4 Sleeper Cab. Designed for suction and transport of septic, silt, stones, and liquids mixed with larger suspended debris for urban and rural sanitation departments. It is especially suitable for the suction, transportation, and discharge of sludge in the sewer, especially for large objects such as stones and bricks in the sewer. There are two types of discharge: pressurized discharge and gravity discharge. Installed with engine WEICHAI,350hp, Euro 5, and FAST 10 gears manual transmission. The tank capacity is 20,000 liters, equipped with a PTO-driven vacuum pump of JUROP PVT280, a flow capacity of 30,800LPM.

Tank Body

Vacuum Pump
JUROP PVT280, rotary lobe pump (vacuum/pressure) with a cooling system, with air injection. It has features:

Hydraulic System
The hydraulic system mainly includes a fuel tank, hydraulic pump, manifold reversing valve, lifting hydraulic cylinder, rear door hydraulic cylinder, pressure gauge, fine filter, etc. The function is to drive the hydraulic cylinder to complete operations such as opening or closing the tank door, tipping the tank, and discharging dirt. Accessories include suction pipe fittings, operating levers, alarms, etc.
Power Take-Off Transmission System
The main function of this system is to export the power generated by the engine of the sewage suction truck and transmit it to the vacuum pump and hydraulic system. It is the power transfer station.
Painting
The role of coating is to prevent rust and corrosion. After the main body of the sewage suction truck is completed, it is necessary to remove the oil, dust, rust, welding slag, etc. on the surface of the workpiece. Then spray the anti-rust paint, and spray the surface paint after the anti-rust paint is completely dry. The exterior coating needs to have excellent rust and corrosion resistance and strong adhesion.
