Shacman Rear Loader Trash Garbage Truck is designed to withstand the rigors of commercial routes in every corner of the country. Built with abrasion-resistant, high-tensile, wear plate steel (similar to HARDOX), the strongest steel in the waste industry. Tailgate
Tailgate is produced from high-strength steel, a whole with a hopper and compaction plate. It is located at the back of the compactor’s body and connected to the body with two hinges. Lifted by two hydraulic cylinders, the compaction plate opens and operates. The hopper is used for loading waste.
Garbage Discharging
After completing the compaction process (body is full), discharge time starts when the tailgate opens and continues until it closes again after discharging the waste.
Hopper
Hopper is the back of the tailgate in which waste is collected. The hopper capacity is about 0.8~2.0 m3 depending on truck specs.
Safety Devices
-Standard Balance Valve, ensure the stability and safety of oil cylinder operation.
-Emergency stop control, sweeping plate, and slider stop working immediately at any position in the work for high safety.
-Warning and Safety Tips in the English version.
-The rear control box operates the garbage loading and the in-cab controls the unloading and safety operation.
COMPACTION RATIO CYCLE
The compaction plate moves initially backward then downward, sweeps, and compacts all the waste into the body. While compacting the waste into the body, the discharge plate is pushed toward the body of the truck. When the compaction plate reaches its final position the compaction cycle is complete. Installed back pressure valve, two-way compression, the compression ratio can reach 0.6~0.8t/m3.
