CSCTRUCK, the manufacturer of our garbage trucks, has finished producing 6 RHD Dongfeng chassis garbage trucks with arm-type lifting systems that were ordered earlier this month. They are now being delivered to Customs. Along with these garbage trucks, there are 48 engineering garbage hook-arm garbage bins included. Below, you’ll find pictures of the garbage trucks passing the factory inspection and preparing to leave. We’d like to introduce the specifications of this batch of arm-type garbage trucks once again.
Vehicle Specs: The arm-type lifting capacity of garbage trucks is 12 tons, with an overall garbage truck size of 7,050mm x 2,550mm x 3,130mm. Each comes with a 15 cubic meter engineering garbage hook-arm garbage bin. They can be used to transport construction waste, such as sand, broken bricks, and soil blocks. The power of the vehicle engine is converted into the power of the hydraulic cylinder through the power take-off, which drives the hook arm to pull, load, unload, and dispose of the garbage bin.

Chassis Specs: The chassis is modified from the old model Dongfeng 153, with a semi-forward tilting half cab, a right-hand steering wheel, a wheelbase of 4,500mm, a Cummins 190 horsepower engine, a Fast 8-speed gearbox, and 10.00R20 steel wire tires.
Upper Structure Specs: The arm-type garbage trucks come with a high-strength alloy steel telescopic arm, a reinforced sub-beam, a cast steel tail support wheel, a hand-held electric operation device, and a hydraulic system that completes operations such as loading, unloading, locking, and dumping. It can transport multiple bins in a cycle. The frame is made of No.16 low-alloy channel steel, No.20 square tube, and 8mm, 5mm, 4mm, and 16Mn steel plates welded together. The flip frame and the movable pulling arm are reasonably and reliably designed, making it easy and convenient to pull, lock, unload, and dump the bins. The garbage bin is securely positioned and does not tilt during the garbage truck‘s movement, thanks to lateral guiding blocks and locking hooks. This makes it safe and reliable. The garbage bin body is made of low-alloy channel steel, square tube, and high-strength steel plate welded together. The upper end of the bin body is designed with a beveled angle and a cover plate for easy loading of garbage and sealing after it is filled. At the same time, the bin body is a fully sealed structure to prevent secondary pollution caused by movement during transportation.
